Contact form
When sending the form, we process the name, company name, contact information and the text of the request. We only use the data to assess and process the inquiry, answer it and agree on the next course of action.
Legal basis
- taking steps before concluding the contract at your request according to Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR, if the inquiry concerns an offer or service,
- legitimate interest according to Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR for normal business communication and response to a general request.
Providing data is voluntary. However, without the name, contact and description of the request, we cannot complete the form.

Technical and security data
The web server may record the IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and the technical result of the request during the visit. This data is used for safe and reliable operation, error diagnosis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and functionality of the website according to Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR.

Who may receive the data
Authorized persons of ELIS and, to the extent necessary, providers of web hosting, e-mail services and technical support who ensure the operation of our systems have access to the data. If analytics is enabled, Google Ireland Limited is also a recipient of analytics data. We do not provide or sell data to third-party marketing.
External links to the e-shop, social networks, map, service portal or remote help open another service only after you click. Its data processing is then governed by the rules of the given operator.
If Google or another provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of the mechanisms that the provider states for compliance with the GDPR, in particular the adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we retain data
We store the data from the inquiry during the time necessary for its processing and subsequent communication. If a business or contractual relationship is established, we further store the data according to the applicable legal deadlines and for the time necessary to protect legal claims. We keep technical logs only for the period necessary for the operation, diagnosis and security of the system.

Your rights
Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to data access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.
